i’m currently on Day 17
My inbox is pretty full so I’m sorry if I couldn’t get to everyone. I still feel that I am learning how to build my ass. I’ve become very obsessed with the process. My trainer helped me out so much. Sorry I never got a picture. I was too shy :-(
Right now my workouts consist of me running 2-3 miles because i am training for a 5k then 10k. After I run I do the squat challenge followed by butt leg lifts. I eat a high protein diet with a cheat day of pizza here and there. My protein shake has a good source of carbs. I take BCAA amino acids, and a vitamin mix called superfood. Going back to the gym to start lifting again before summer hits.
